United Against Oppression Protest at the US Federal Courthouse on January 4, 2012

The Yehud Bankruptcy has been a travesty of Justice from the very beginning. The simple fact that they are even in bankruptcy is a sad and frightening story. Jesuit Judge Dennis O'Brien illegally converted the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of this non-profit organization to a Chapter 7.

This is illegal!!!.

Then this Jesuit appointed his former clerk Nauni Manty as trustee and ok'd the seizure of bank accounts that were not even related to the case. This cost the parent company SIST thousands of $$$$$Dollars$$$$$.

Also illegal!!!

Then he recused himself and appointed Catholic Knight Witch Hunter Nancy Dreher. Then jesuitess trustee Nauni Manty claimed that Naomi Isaacson, the president of Yehud, failed to turn over all of the company's documents. She has not been able to point out a single document related to this case that is missing. If she is so sure something is missing, how come she can't say what exactly it is?????????

Based on this false allegation, Witch Hunter Nancy Dreher ordered Naomi's arrest.

When Naomi and Yehud attorney, Rebekah Nett called out this Judge for what she is, she fined them for calling her a Catholic Knight Witch Hunter. She is upset that her cover was
blown.

Her husband is actually from Shawano, WI the headquarters for white supremacy bigotry and
discrimination. The mayor, Lorna Marquardt, has been targeting Yehud's parent company, SIST for years trying to drive them out of the area.

Judge Dreher recently scheduled a hearing for 1:30, but had it at 1:00 before the Yehud lawyer showed up at 1:20, and it was already over. Dreher obviously didn't want to hear the case based on its merits. She wanted to go by default. She claimed there was confusion but heard the case anyway and ruled by default anyway.

Exparte meetings are illegal!!!

She doesn't want any real facts brought into the case. She simple wants to take everything Naomi has, lock her up so she can't speak out about it ,

and kill her!!!

Please let the world know what is going on. These judges are not true American citizens. They are traitors, and should be treated as such.

We are demanding that Judge Dreher quash the current illegal arrest warrant, quit holding ex parte meetings with the trustees, reverse all the illegal rulings so far in this case, and make public apologies to Naomi Isaacson, Rebekah Nett, SIST personnel, Yehud personnel, The American public, the government of India and the poor innocent students who have suffered seeing as how these business are run to fund a school for them.

Then she should peacefully resign from her position and never hold a position in public office again. She cannot be trusted.
