once i fell asleep with my forehead on a book, i remember reading it through my forehead, it felt like the info was just seen directly by the brain in a dream like setting. it also felt as though i wasnt fully asleep more like extremely relaxed to the point of sleeping, i think later i did sleep normally. once i woke up i realised the words were not all in the book it seemed as though i had read more than was on the page. also the thing is i cant remember what the words were but they felt good.

i dont know if i have ever tapped anything lol but when i meditation on my heart i fall into a sleep-like state and inside is a lot of thoughts and i seem to converse with my thoughts(like watching a dream play out with all the abstracts) but almost as an observer and rarely do i rise from this able to make sense of most of the things i see and get... i need a manual on these experiences lol any help??
