  • The BBC appears to have written contracts for all their staffers where they are obliged to use Twitter and where possible bring the subject of Twitter into every and any subject they are reporting upon. The above video being a good example. Always amuses me how a organisation funded solely by the taxpayer because it cannot stand on its own legs, continually promotes without any apparent revenue or commision, a private commercial service so brazenly. To me it seems like unpaid product placement

  • the 'essence' of twitter is people are full of themselves who are dying to tell everyone in the world about their boring lives.
