hey, i just ordered the Saturn twin sticks and total control 3, i don't know if you've used both, but if you have: is there any large difference?

Hello dude, they are solid as rocks, the base is rellay heavy duty and the switches have a cool click like the arcade ones. Mine are perfect and I'm sure they are really built to last. No cheap plastic. The game absolutely rocks with this babies..absolutely recommended, it's like being in the arcade for real.

Be sure you absolutely love the gameplay (with pad). If you do, the twinstick will give the game experience a new dimension, making it much more immersive: requiring to react quicker (moving the sticks is not like pressing buttons) , allowing to move more precisely (16 directions instead of 8), making so moves possible or easier etc. I realised that playing VOOT with the gamepad is like playing The House of the Dead 2 without a lightgun. So yes, the experience is worth 100 bucks. Do as you wish.

My TwinStick is still in very good condition even if I use nearly every day since I have it and neither me nor the first owner did find any problem.
Oh sometime, some moves make the right stick make "squeeeek", it probably needs some greace. I've opened it once to see how it works, I can tell you that it's solid. The only thing that could break could be the microswitches, but they are not specific to the TwinStick and you can find new ones quite easily. Sega's arcade hardware are made to last.
