Truth...I was that father! Truly all I had left to live for was My Children...we have to realize that disappointment, that pain, the loss of trust affects those that feel it this deeply forever. I love this interpretation of this song for that reason! My Children's tears have long been since wiped away, and Praise God those days are long behind. By God's Grace I got sober when my "Big Boy" Son was 9 and "Daddy's Little Girl" was 7...well they are 30 and 27 now...and I Thank God daily thank you J
