The Atlantis Shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center on February 7th, 2008. From 3.5 miles away in VIP seating. At about 1:20 you can see the shuttle break the sound barrier if you look closely. Enjoy!

I was there as well.. I saw the launch from about 6 miles away from the pad at the launch viewing site. Best experience of my life!

That would have been halarious if at 1:02 the bird that looked small ended up being like a huge monster that eats the shuttle and flies away lol!

Great Video! I think you had a better location than me but I also saw the traffic you had to deal with as we went under the causway bridge!
