At the time of this video how long had you had these fish and had you always fed nls? the colours are amazing.

When this video was made they've been fed NLS for 2 years (though not exclusively, I also feed them raw shrimp from the fish market, krill, and mysis shrimp). These days NLS pellets make up 85% of their diet.

my front is very happy in his home. He is actually the most agressive in the tank.

But you stated the mbuna's eat all the food before your fronts get to it; it would be happier if it got a large quantity of the food. What type of mbuna's do you have and how large are they? The pellets I mentioned can still be eaten by most of them (you know how greedy they can be).

How big are the peletts? I am feeding mine cichlid formula and they are 1cm. I wanted something bigger. All my Mbuna eat all the food before my Fronts can get to it.

I think you meant to say the cichlid formula is 1mm (not 1cm). The large fish formula pellets are 3mm. Ideally, though, frontosa's shouldn't be kept with mbuna's as they can be outcompeted during feeding, and also outclassed as far as aggression goes.
