Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in Primary Care - Eluned Gold (Director Continuing Professional Development Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice) and Dr Gareth Owens (GP) Interview.

The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice from Bangor University is one of 18 successful organisations who have been funded by a WaMH in PC bursary allowing them to turn their ideas into reality.

Eluned and Gareth used the bursary to develop an 8 week MBCT course which they spoke about in this interview at the Getting 'The Measure' of Mental Health Conference 2011.

For Part B our video on this subject please use the following link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4vgiW07Mrt4

We have uploaded a number of other videos from the 2011 Conference to our YouTube Channel so please have a look at the other highlights from this year's event.

Please feel free to download and share any of our videos with colleagues or anyone connected or interested in primary mental health care across Wales.

If you have any questions regarding our video and their contents please contact WaMH in PC at wamhinpc@rcgp.org.uk or on 029 2050 4604.
