She didn't slow down at all, she didn't turn, she didn't even react to the fact that it happened... so many things wrong here it's pretty unnerving. The fact that just about anyone can get a license through enough trial and error is also a little scary.

It's not so much a license test as a license attempt. A person should be able to judge after maybe the 3rd or 4th time, after looking at past test results, that this person is not fit to operate machinery, ever.

I don't hear about that though.
