Luis Suarez - I Know by ElAlonso

Before anybody gets offended by the video, I'll try and be clear. By defending Suarez, as Liverpool and its fans are doing, we are not glorifying racism. We support Suarez because we know he is not a racist person. We are condemning the idea that people think he is racist.

Something the media and many opposition fans seem to be neglecting is through this case it was stated by the commission and Evra himself that Suarez is not a racist, and he is being punished for improper conduct, something he even admitted to. The case is about whether or not he intended to insult Evra and whether or not his cultural upbringing clashed with England's take on racism.

It is clear to all with half a brain that Suarez as a person isn't racist, and despite his many faults this is one which I will continue to defend him over, because say he is is a lie itself.

@14addz that's not the point intended. He admitted he said it because his argument is the word isn't offensive in Uruguay (remember the two were talking in Spanish, not English) so he has no reason to deny that he said it (once, not 7 times, or was it 5... oh wait no it was 10... oh hang on, I'm confused... let's look at the evidence... oh yeah that's right...). Without this evidence it's unjust to charge him. If they had this evidence, no problem. But they didn't & charged him anyway.

@ternent14 He is not a cheater. In the Ghana game he had to save the team. Ghana was awarded a PK at the very kast minute and missed, while Suarez was given a red card and a 1 game suspension. And on top of that, he is not racist. Who started the whole charade? Evra and the fucking British media. If he were racist, no black player would to Suarez´s defense like Alvaro Pereira. Plus, he is got a black grandfather. On the other hand, John Terry is racist and he is getting away with it!
