To unlock Altair (Assassin's Creed) : type the code 13372805 (PC) / link your PSN or Live account to your Ubisoft account (PS3 / 360).
To unlock Jade (Beyond Good & Evil) : complete the game.
To unlock the prototypes outfits : collect the 1001 light seeds and kill the final boss (PC) / available when you have purchased the DLC Epilogue (Xbox 360 / PS3).
