@britetlight The song in the beginning is "Downtown Train," and sung by Rod Stewart (originally performed by Tom Waits). Elton John is singing the song at the end. :)

Cops, we love you, we get that you put your lives on the line every day you put that uniform on. But you gotta know when to let things slide. Indecent exposure is defined as exposure of the genitals, anus, or, in the case of women, uncovered chest. Since none were shown, there was no crime. Again, we love you. But come on.
