You can optimize it! Or loop a section of it, or whatever you want, there are lots of ways to lower filesize. But anyhow, if you check out that game "Mindscape", you'll see that my track, and lots of other ones are used in it, and it's still within the file limit.
I think it'll work fine.

It will be launched on Newgrounds indeed, it possibly won't feature your music since it's too large to include in the game.
