No idea, but lemme give it to you how I see it:
123 (LP,LK,MP) x SAIII, cr.MK, f.HP, f.MK, f.MK, QCB+P (most likely HP), f.MK, f.MK, QCB+P (same, HP), QCF+P (HP for sure), cl.MK, f.HP, QCF+LP (can't tell if it is kara'd, if it is, that would be kara QCF+LK~LP).
Hopefully, you can understand that notation a little better. If not, check out the Shoryuken Wiki.
Btw, while testing this, I found that taking out the second palm makes the combo easier, but makes it do less damage.
