  • I've been doing Billy BlanksTae Bo for years , and frankly getting a little bored with it so this is a GREAT change - similar but with a different flair. I love it and love this instructor. (and I'm 62 yrs old)

  • you need to make a proper fist throughout. It will help you get the punching action correct, work more muscles and get you in good habits. If you are struggling to make a fist correctly invest in a pair of wraps.
