  • @HopeVJustice I'm not her, but I believe I can answer you (based on what happens to me). Whenever I say "I do not feel anger," it actually comes stronger. If you're fighting it, you're repressing it. The intended approach is to admit you're jealous, and then, when you accept it, the feeling becomes weaker. You know it is there, and you can think of thoughts to "sabotage" it (roughly speaking). It would be the reverse of sabotaging happiness.

  • Why do you use : "this feeling of jealousy" instead of something like.. "I am not this feeling of jealousy", or "I can control this feeling of jealousy"? I'm curious. I have seen different tecniques and i want to know why you use this one.
