looks so healthy, i am going to make this. how long, is it one month to make the enzyme? do you eat the pinapple?

The guys are basically foling around with the green t-shirt's mom's fruit enzyme...
It's prepared by layering molases/brown sugar (tang), pineapple (huang li), and lemon.
The guy also warned that water must be avoided, and the jar is left till the contents ferment.
There will be slight alcohol content to it. The content is then seived and placed in the fridge for consumption.
