Followed the video link from your RWOTD site. Nice demo, but my hunch is that headstands probably aren't all that good for the neck!

If you perform them correctly, then headstands are perfectly safe for the neck. There are some contraindications. I wouldn't do it if you have degenerative disk disease in the cervical spine, nor if you have glaucoma or detached retina.
