I like to believe that Cobray is coming to the OG Verse in OG3 to investigate why Ingram never recieved the Cross Gate Paradigm. Apparantly someone informed Ezzuth of Ingram's intentions and did not give it to Ingram. And since Ezzuth is never supposed to know of Ingram's betrayal someone told Ezzuth something and as a Time Diver it is Cobray's job to preserve Space-Time Continnum and allow the course of history to flow its original course.

In short, OG3 is probably gonna be like Alpha.

What the hell are you talking about? Juses' goal was the destruction of the Balmar homeworld. And Ingram has nothing to do with the Crossgate Paradigm System beyond popping out of the Crossgate in Alpha 3. It was just Juses' MacGuffin for making his Judecca stronger than Levi's.

There's only one Astranagant in all of existence. Astranagant was made based on a combination of Balmar and Earth technologies only present in the Alpha universe, even if it were possible for there to be more than one, it would be impossible for one to be made in the OG universe because there's no Mazinkaiser, Shin Getter, etc. in OG.

And the Crossgate Paradigm System was never completed. Not that Juses would share it with anyone if he did complete it.

Astranagant is a cosmic power so great that only one can exist in the entirety of all parallel universes, alternate universes, multiverses, etc.

Infinity Cylinder erases the entire timeline of its target.

If Astranagant actually appeared on OG's stat scale it would be dramatically stronger than Rivale.

Sadly it seems you have only played the NTSC releases of SRW

if you looked beneath you would have seen that he did infact Care for Ryusei Rai, Aya, Mai and Villetta
