  • The stupid robot traSHcribed the narrator's real words of "Meeting with Valerie at 4:30" but instead displayed: "meeting with ballerina for tickets" - this is typical of the errors in a software only system. Alan of VerbatimIT

  • @piteur There is a project going on to support it. It is a young project and some features are still being implemented. There seems to be packages for ubuntu. The software is called M210.

  • Mac?

  • How do I open the IRISnote (not the pen) to change battery. I know my products has been over the date of money back. I have to repair it by myself, but I can not find the way to change the battery of the unit.

  • @RockyChg Manufacturing companies are responsible for designing them to use easily replacable components if neccissary just like the IRISnotes which comes with extra batteries and ink refills both of which are sold at most office supply stores accross the country!

  • @RockyChg If this were the case, like any products requiring batteries you are responsible for the replacement of them. It;s simple really. Take one to any electronics store and have them find some replacements for them and your good to go. Aside from that, all IRIS products are sold with a 30 day money back guarentee and a 1yr hardware warrenty. Ink and battery replacements are consumer responsibilities.

  • @piteur sounds like they have their nose right up bill's ass

  • If I bought this product via internet, where do I get the service if the battery do not work at all.

  • this thing is awsome.
