@RoseyNYC Hey! You get the best results when you mix up you routine frequently, so I'd only do this once per week. Follow the link in the video description to all of the workout instructions at HASfit. You'll also find 100's more workouts (all free) to add to your week.

@britneyfani I would not recommend that you do this everyday as it is best to mix up your routine often for best results. HASfit .com has 100's of workouts for free. BUT if you want to focus on you butt, you could this for 5 days straight and you would definitely see and feel the butt getting lifted.
