"Chernobyl Diaries" is an original story from Oren Peli, who first terrified audiences with his groundbreaking thriller, "Paranormal Activity." The film follows a group of six young tourists who, looking to go off the beaten path, hire an "extreme tour" guide. Ignoring warnings, he takes them into the city of Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, but a deserted town since the disaster more than 25 years ago. After a brief exploration of the abandoned city, however, the group soon finds themselves stranded, only to discover that they are not alone...

I'm sorry but this movie sucked so extremely bad. It like paranormal activity had intercourse with hostel then caught an std from wrong turn then gave that to the hills have eyes. I could have just said this movie sucked and stopped there but I just figured WTF

And? People are still affected by what happened during WWII, same for Chernobyl. I'm actually kind of surprised it took them this long to make a film about it. Oh, and BTW, remember this guy named Charlie Chaplin? Lived from 1889 to 1977? He made films about both WWI and WWII while most everyone was still alive. Yeah, no one made a fuss about him.
