A bunch of uninformed ingrates are what the average Singaporeans are. But you fight on relentlessly for the spirit, dignity, and political freedom of the very same Singaporeans. Best wishes, SDP.

The burmese are smart, to do their protest and gathering indoors + apply a license... The Burmese are smart enough to urge other burmese NOT to mix with the SDP ppl because they offend the law of singapore..

As far as I know, most human actions came with responsibility. HR is designed to push these responsibilities away which is warped. They broke the law by organising demonstrations more than 5 protestors, based on the law written in the constitution. Revealing feelings based on what? Emotions or practicality? You should be the one who back off.

To:nitewalk86-ripvankev is correct. I done some research on this subject. From October 1988 Singapore was major arm's supplier to the regine(Belgium, Israel took very small part also).
It was sold by the Arm branch of the Allied Ordinance-Subsidary of Chartered Industries of Singapore/Singapore goverment own.
Also Singapore's arm forces were providing training for the Burmese Junta.

"Police is investigating the case" What a red herring. People are signing a petition, march a little, not trying to overthrow the government. At least not yet. So why can't the police let them be? In Singapore, in a traditional funeral possession, one can easily see close to fifty people marching. They do so legally. Why can't the Burmese mourn the same?
