When I was up in the mountains this last week I just used abig old rock to wedge on.

I usually put another rod or stick between the roller and wire, for a narrower guage as I'm not as steady as you Simon.

It's as if the flies are a starved for minerals,or dampness.

I worked in a ceramics shop, customers dogs and our puppies would lick the shelving blocks, they like the Calcium I guess.

Nice form! I can see it glaze a few different ways. You really reminded me to take more chances and try new things. It's funny how I forget the tools I have around me that can be used to alter a simple form. Thanks!!!

How will you glaze or finish the bowl? Do you have a completed bowl in mind before you begin or do you decide the on the glaze as you go along?
