I produced this video and yes its in SF CA. Besides your inability to find info on Dr. Tena which btw isn't her real name because CSUN doesn't want to get flooded with emails etc. The Paranormal Research Facility is located on the 2nd floor of the Religious Studies Dept on the East side of the campus. You can make your inquiry to the dept head. Peter may even know him.

If someone has a doctorate, like Dr. Nancy Tena featured in this video, you would expect to find something about them in Google. There is nothing. Who actually produced this video? Where is this building located in San Fernando, Ca?
If you contact peter.marston@csun.edu I'm sure he will tell you there has never been a Paranormal Research Facility at Cal State Northridge.
