My ferrets eat nothing but raw chicken, beef, lamb, duck, eggs, and whole pre-killed mice. It's the diet they were meant to eat, evolutionarily speaking. That's why Freddie wanted the chicken so bad!

oh right yes we have freddie on kibble,have tried raw fish to no avail will try raw meat thnx

They sure can eat raw meat! just about any raw meat but pork, it has too much sodium for ferrets.. Wish I had known about the raw diet for them years ago when I first got em.. now they are imprinted on kibble and cooked/pureed fowl
