Dyrol Randall wishes to remember the memory of Mr. Isaacs, also known as Cool Ruler, the man with the the most exquisite voice in reggae, who passed away October 25, 2010.

  • @rastarigate Yes, thanks rastarigate. This was filmed many years ago when Dyrol was working cruises, well before he became one of today's most well known and respected reggae drummers.
