i think i got this to, last week i was chewing on a cable that said 250V, then 20 sec. later, i saw 3 flashes in front of my eye, i was like whoa! what was that?, then, 3 days later, i did it again, again i got shocked, and i'm still here, i want to know, is 250V normal to conduct?
