The 7th Annual Ocean Isle Beach Flotilla started around 5 pm at Inlet View Bar & Grill (Shallotte Point, NC), travels down the intracoastal waterway and ends up at Sharky's Waterfront Restaurant around 6:30 -- 7:00pm for the judging.
That's when the party starts!! What a great way to kick off the holiday season!!!
It just looks like it is getting bigger and better every year!
