We sell our trucks to drivers that make California runs all the time! The emission standards actually apply to the engine instead of the truck. The engine standards have to comply with the standards that were set for the engine the year the block of the engine was created. Therefore if the engine was cast in 2003, it has to comply with the 2003 engine standards. We put an emissions sticker on the valve cover and this passes inspection with CA officials except at Los Angeles ports .
