    That would be the UK definition of biscuit. As far as I'm concerned a biscuit can be any simple baked good.

    It's just a culture difference in other words.

  • i thought biscuits were supposed to be small, thin & snappy things. What you made looks like crumpets. Did i get the word biscuit wrong?

  • you did a great job. thanks chef!! really really cool and a great job. im learning now how to make biscuits, and im watching videos to teach me how... and asking my friends because i want to do it right!! you video helped me out alot, i didnt know to make sure the oven was completely heated up before you put them in.... i was just sticking them in cold yknow.... thanks alot. well done.....
