@toiletsrus Getting speed out of race cars is not all about technology. Nascar and Australian V8Supercars prove this. Both have great fan bases, sound great and are lower tech than any similar race car in Europe. Using less technology, to keep cost of racing down..

@toiletsrus crappy technology? F1 cars dont even have a windshield and Massa sustained a serious injury because of that. Talk about backward. He would have been okay in a sprint cup car.

@toiletsrus Well, since the speeds of the cars are "slow," the competition is large. It's a more simple thing to do to go around a lap, but to do it 200-500 times with 42 other blood-thirsty drivers looking for a win is not just, "a bunch of rednecks going around in a circle." I enjoy watching every race, I think it's because you never actually watched it.
