Happiness comes from within you therefore no matter what you experience is irrelevant! You can be happy just BEING..and EXISTING. Life is a ride!!! Once all negativity is gone, you've learned all of the lessons that life has to teach.

Though I had hard time hearing him at some points because the music was so loud, and I realized the music was affecting me emotionally. So I wished you chose more emotionally neutral songs. But still it's a lovely video, so thank you!

There isn't any evidence for freewill. This is new age mumbo jumbo predicated on the truth that the moment is all we have now and now etc.

I realize comments like these are not read and annoying but I am just trying to reach people. I have dealt with depression/anxiety for many years and have dedicated a channel to help those suffering, and to bring awareness to the mental illness stigma.

The Power of Now and this way of approaching thought (and many other things) have changed my life and helped me so much. You may find my channel resourceful.
