A Quick look over stage one of the Leo mods.
Aprilia Leonardo 180 Sp-R
1. Full strip/rebuild.
2. Full re-spray & panel repair (Smoothed & Blended)
3. Full electrical system waterproofed & re-routed.
4. Master kill-switch added to dash.
5. Kill switch added to side stand.
6. Fuel & cooling system flushed & cleaned.
7. Radiator fan speed increased.
8. Braking system cleaned & performance pads added.
9. Fork oil weight changed & perished seals replaced.
Performance Upgrades
1. Polini 180cc Maxi kit. (3 piece head gasket)
2. Mikuni 30mm carb with manual choke/rejet & 2nd Fuel pump added in the tank.
3. New full Gasket/o-ring kit.
4. Malossi Up rated cam shaft.
5. Head polished & ported for cam/capacity increase.
6. Crank shaft balanced & up rated bearings fitted. (9000 Rpm+)
7. Malossi Delta Clucth/Multivator/Torque Driver/Contrast spring kit fitted.
8. Polini Gear Up Kit Fitted.
9. Exhaust reducers removed & baffle repacked.

Hi mate, ive got An SR125-172 kitted Scoot, i know mine is 2T and yours is 4T, but how did you get on with the Delta Cluch ?? im thinking of purchasing one from PM tuning and need some verdicts ! thanks if you can help ..........

nice, im thinking about re-spraying my cygnus but only have a flat so would have to do it outside :S

Quite a nice scoot :D
I sprayed mine indoors in a spare bedroom. I did have a huge extractor fan mind. You could make a cheap spray booth out of builders tarp ect. Or a kids wendy house.
I Just recently changed it to Kawasaki Green / Panther black looks much better. Projects almost done. Lost the under seat Storage to make room for the oil cooler ect, Going Turbo charged!
