David Szymanski, Assistant City Manager said the swing in this video outside the Parks and Recreation Head Quarters had many years of service left to it and also claimed they do weekly inspections at all the parks, I think he's lying, you decide... Tax money and insurance scandal because City officials knew about the dangers in their parks and ignored them for a year. Mayor Gilcrest was a sleep on the job, ofcoarse he is now dead, thank god, no city needs a mayor that cannot lead. City manager Edwin "Buzz" Eddy and David Szymanski assistant city manager, Governor Charlie Christ, Senator Bill Nelson, Senator Don Gaetz all knew of these dangers as well as the cities insurance company The Florida League Of Cities Inc.. They want others to come get hurt in their parks. These people are using tax dollars for what, you decide, anyway you look at it, they are not using taxes to keep city parks safe, these parks need to be closed to protect the public as the insurance company "The Florida League Of Cities Inc." will not take responsibility for injuries due to negligent cities as long as people like Carol Hamrick are making their decisions. This is August 2009 and a recent conversation with the city manager and assistant manager, they said the swing shown in this video has many years of life left before it will ever break...you decide after watching the video. City management in Gulf Breeze, Florida needs to step down and resign before they ruin someone elses life as they ruined mine. I bet they all go to church on Sunday and consider themselves Christians...God has a great big swing in the sky for these people and when it breaks, they are all going strait to hell for hurting others and not helping them. I used to have a home and business, now I am homeless and lost everything because the city refused to take responsibility for what happened, they say its not their fault and their investigation after the August 2008 accident showed no safety issues, so they say, this video proves different, since when does the public take someones word over video anyway....I wonder who is responsible for city parks in Florida, it does not seem to be Florida's insurance company, maybe The Florida League of Cities Inc. is as corrupt as Acorn, afterall they do accept tax dollars to protect the public but did not protect me and left city parks a safety hazard so far for over a year now. it is a true mystery. And why are cities in Florida giving tax dollars to companies like The Florida League Of Cities Inc. in the form of insurance premiums when they do not actually provide coverage, sounds like a division of Acorn.
