a is for allowing, when i allow good things to come to me I feel good, i like playing this abraham abc game, w is for the gorgeous white sand on this picture, w is for waves on the beach, h is for the hut , t is for the treees why are they there not here...are they in my vortex...i do hope so, c is for carefree beach, b is for brink, on the brink of this gorgeous beach l is for love the way that you are movin, g is for groovin, c is fro cruise, s is for shade, c is for cocktails on the beach!

Yes, you are right. The lady asked if competition creates chaos and Abraham guides her to make peace with where she is and to chose her toughts deliberately. The most interesting part of the answer is with the breathing exercise :-)
