My PET scan from childhood looks like this. It's a horrific disease to have and meds often stop working therapy becomes impossible to find and you can't stay in the hospital as everything is taken away from you. I'm still waiting on a follow up PET as an adult to see the progression
It is true tho -- marijuana is very effective all narcotics are. That of course can create more problems if you don't stick to POT
the brian scan looked interesting... the university of Arizona did research some years ago... they gave psilocybin( the active compound found in hallucinogenic mushrooms) to patients with ocd and found patients experienced relief from their obsessions...
