Unexplained voice in haunted alley

Some friends and I went to see if we could capture anything on video or camera, as we visited haunted places in Kingston ontario and the surrounding area,, This video was taken in a alley way down town princess street next to chez piggy and tucan.... I didnt not hear anything while I was in the alley but as soon as I got home and listened to this, I heard a strange sound at the beginning of this video. It sounds like a voice... If you start and rewind and keep replaying the one part in the beginning of this video.. It sounds like a moany sounding voice saying THERE IT IS AGAIN! and then not sure the last part but sounds like a moan.. Not sure the meaning of it or what it was...
The background about this place is there was a young woman who was murderd here way back when there were stores built and she was pregnant and working, and it is said that her boss murderd her and burried her body in the basement of one of the businesses that once stood where this alley way is now... Listen and tell me what you think..

@spookespook well just so you know that was the way it sounded when I got home and played it. It was not heard in the ally while we were in there. It was caught on video recorder.. That sound what ever it may be is 100 % real.. Just not sure what or who it is... It is not BS buddy

If you listen in the beginning of this video,, it sounds like a voice is saying "there it is again".. If you replay the first little part of the video you will hear it better.. This voice was not heard in the alley way when we were there
