The first one is definitely a Silent. You can here the noise they make quite clearly. The second one, well I think 0:31 is just the shadow of the sarcophagus and I think 0:41 is one of the people on set accidentally got into a shot or something. Looks like they're wearing a cloak though. Maybe they're Headless Monks. The third one I'm not sure about. It seems they wanted to make a point of the door closing since its quite loud.

Well, they're definately at the end of the first one; you can hear them. The TARDIS door, I believe, was just open. It was windy, and David Tennant has said that the TARDIS is flat-packed and not sturdy at all. So far, the only ones I'm willing to agree were there on purpose are the ones in this first clip, and those in which it's actually stated ("Did you hear something" "No, just silence")

Not sure if anyone else can hear it, but whenever the crack is mentioned or seen in series 5, you can somehow hear very quiet noises that sound exactly like the silence to me. I definitely heard it in Eleventh hour, and i think you can hear it when Amy turns around in the Beast Below.
