BenB8290, I disagree. Most DA's are politicians and could care less about your Constitutional rights. Their only interested in reelection and their stupid pensions and perks. I haven't read any recent articles were their going out of their way to allow the right to carry in their states. If I was wrong then you wouldn't see the NRA or other pro-gun organizations always arguing cases in court. Mitt Romney of Massachusetts has anti-gun billboards along the Mass Turnpike and his DA promoted them.

Cheap firearms are perfect for self defense. What a lot of shooters don't realize is that if you do shoot someone, your going to trial (most of the time). If you are acquitted of charges there will probably be an appeal or civil action brought against you. The bottom line is that your gun will be destroyed or you will never get it back. So use cheap firearms for defense because your $300 + gun is a goner.

@rancosteel Don't carry anything you can't or won't be able to replace. As far as the trial, it depends on the situation. The DA's office will investigate at the minimum.

@ironmanzach1 Sure. Its what they're meant for. There are better options out there, however if that is what you've got, it will work. The thing to remember about these little guns, inexpensive or not, is that they have limited range and you need to run premium ammuntion in them. No cheap ammo.
