When her crazy ex-husband attacked her with a knife in Wal-Mart, Joyce Cordova thought it was the end. Until a licensed armed citizen stepped in and saved the day.
This story is from 2005, shortly after New Mexico began issuing concealed handgun licenses. Joyce Cordova is alive today because of an armed citizen.

Some lawmakers would prefer the woman be stabbed to death rather then having responsible law abiding citizens carrying firearms all day every day. God Bless the 2nd Amendment.

Thank the second amendment, thank the gentleman for living a decent life so he could qualify to carry, thank your state for finally opening up and allowing law abiding citizens to carry.
It's always amazing to me when the proper people don't get credit. Praying to god isn't going to preserve your rights.. or improve your chances that an armed law abiding citizen will save your butt one day.

Thank God For The Elderly Man Who Had The Guts, To help the poor woman out!! No one ever wants to get involved in other peoples fights or chaos. But people let this be a lesson to us all, you don't have to be young and strong, To combat evil people acts of violence.. Just of good sound mind and the heart to get involved when the situation calls for it. The angels of mercy and a really good man of "OUTSTANDING " Character saved that woman.. Someone needs to reward that elderly man with an award.
