John Mayer 'Style' Blues/Funk Jam.

Maessing about with my new Custom Shop 1960 Relic Strat and got a little John Mayer type groove going on. It's in the key of D which always seems to be a favourite of him.

great playing and great sound. How much was that beauty , I am considering buying ( non relic) strat sunburst. thx for any info Berh

Think it was about £1650 form Peter Cooks. All Strats are different make sure you play em. Some have it, others don't it's weird. And just because one is more expensive than the other doesn't make it better. I've played some mexicans that play better than the custom shop ones.

What amp are you using? Sounds like a Fender amp, am i right?

Yup. I think that was either a HotRod deluxe or deville.

6ft 3" - I asked then for the X LARGE Stratocaster but they were all sold out.

Im lucky enough not to have too much pain and suffering in my life thankfully.
