  • is it dark soy sauce or light soy sauce?

  • @yakuzawan Hello. A light soy sauce. If you decide to use the dark I would go at lest half the stated amount. cheers! KtC

  • Can you do it with more oil instead of water?

  • @SpyengoEen I think the water helps keep it syrupy as the oil would make it thick. I have since added a bit (1/4 cup) of rice vinegar and about the same amount water (1/4 cup). In the vid. I used about a 1/2 cup of water.

    cheers, KtC

  • I have a bowl exacly like that! :D

  • @adolphjlj1 That's where it went :D cheers, KtC

  • Hats off to your teriyaki recipe. We in the UK have now got a curry barbecue sauce (also known as CBQ) - similarly to this - a great blend of East with West!

  • ayos!!

  • ty man thats cool

  • Go with 1/4 cup of soya sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, onion, garlic. 1/2 cup of hot water. 1 teaspoon each of the ceyenne, ginger, black pepper, salt(which you can leave out if you want). thanks and Enjoy!
