I herd from a researcher that Himalayan salts are High in mercury and some other metal, so I stopped using it. Have you herd of this research of analyzing this salt in a lab?

I believe the theory is that life first sprang from the oceans.Yet, it has been proven that "star dust", the dust found in space contains much if not all of the stuff we are made of at a molecular level. In other words, the "stuff" this planet was created from (all of cration really) is the same stuff found in our bodies. So it makes sense that we feed our bodies foods that are as close to "natural" as possible.
