http://www.tscHeartofaChampionProgram.com/ Be a Fit Fast and Strong All-Natural Athlete.

Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper form to train the biceps, grip strength and core stability, core strength, with dumbbell hammer curls, also called also called standing alternating db hammer curls. You can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. Part of that is using proper form so that we can safely train our bodies and get results as quickly as possible.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place (like getting ripped abs and buff arms). Be your best.

Best,
CK

  • @benbrown1982 Ben, IMO you're just regurgitating a silly opinion you heard at your local crossfit gym. Certain single joint movements do belong in serious strength training programs and that's why real athletic performance coaches include them in the training regimens for real athletes. Also, if you are developing biceps strength by doing cleans or snatches then YOU ARE DOING THEM WRONG. THE BICEPS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT INVOLVED IN CLEANS OR SNATCHES.

  • @benbrown1982 Really? That's an interesting opinion. So according to you, every NFL running back, linebacker and wide receiver is not using a "legitimate strength training program" because they do biceps curls. You sound like an expert, you should start posting videos.

    Best.

    CK.

  • @01coyote13 just have to test it out. make sure you can do all the reps but make it difficult to do

  • @Tstn53 Veins have nothing to do with steroids! When you train your muscles the blood will rush to them and that's why you will get this vain pump. I hate silly people like you why yell out steroids at other peoples accoplisments because you can't reach anything yourself!

  • @Buriedmybrokenbones it's obvious looking a is his veins..yea ur not foolin me little man.

  • @Tstn53 lol not quite hes to skinny for roids

  • Hey Chris, i have a problem with my arms , and maybe my body itself. so my right arm is much bigger than my left, so the triceps and biceps. and i dont know how i can fix it. and to my body. like my stomach is a little twistet to the left site. and when i want to train my left arm biceps it more goes on my left chest. maybe u know what i can do.

    thx

  • how do you know the right amount of weight? and how do you know which amounts of reps get you strength and which ones size?

  • STERIODS

  • @benbrown1982

In snatches, the radial brachialis is activated, which goes into and basically forms the lower part of the bicep. So technically, bicep is involved.

  • Liking those veins popping out in your arms !

  • @jonrosenzweig your reason to train is just to get some girls to like you? I feel srry 4 u man.
