Police respond to a hit and run-person fleeing on foot

As Medic 46 was returning back to Hanover Hospital, they came upon a single vehicle accident with the person fleeing on foot. Conewago Township Police and McSherrystown Police responded. The people were caught right at the end of the road.

You're stupid if you think the first car slowed down because he was afraid of being filmed. Most likely he slowed down because he is looking for someone on foot... like yourself.

I did not state he was scared of being filmed, i said that he probly noticed the big red light in the middel of the darkness. I personaly know the officer and he knows where i live, he also knows i am a fenatic when it comes to fire and police, also that i get a lot of video of said above.

Dude in front of a house with an object in the dark and a red light on it that could resemble a laser, pointing and following a police unit, lucky he didn't stop and put you at gun point as the suspect. Instead of impeding that officers response next time, save your time and ours by not filming it suspiciously. Thanks!

Haha nice. Around 2012 the new thing will be the E7 by Carbon Motors. Now that's gonna be shocker. Dodge Chargers are nice but that E7 isn't far from being able to make you a cup of coffee in your car lol.
