@halo3pwnguy23 it's not the energy requirement of the spell for wings. It's knowing the right incantation (words, phrases, accents, etc. and how it's used in a sentence and all) in order to get the right magic you want.

@halo3pwnguy23 Well, if you think about it, the magic she did with the Ursa Minor was simply telekinetic. Breaking rushes, making wind, levitating stuff, all it was was moving stuff. Compare that to creating a pair of wings out of nothing--wings that have to be able to support a pony and be controlled by someone who isn't the spellcaster. The wings also have to remain in place after the spell is cast. In my opinion, creationary magic would be harder than simple telekinetic magic.
