Chopin's Fantaisie Impromptu Op.66 was not written in 1847, but rather in 1834.
1847 would have put the composition as 2 years before his death, and there are accounts that say that during this period he was not composing much due to his illness, and in 1848 he wrote his last piece which was a mazurka.
