@modestoca25 you dumbshit the hairy guy got position as it should in arm wrestling , by keeping ur elbow close to ur body u engage ur pectoral and lat muscle not only ur bicep like the shirtless one , basically ur bicep can lift at most 20 kg , but ur lats and pectoral boost to 50-60 kg or more , theres no way you ever win in arm wrestling with shirtless technique versus HOW ARMWRESTLING SHOULD BE DONE

@amazinginspiration Oh, and building up muscle and building up strength are two different things which can both be achieved. Muscles doesn´t necessarily mean strength or the other way around. Just go to a (good) gym and ask for strength exercises or both muscle and strength exercises. I´m sure they´ll help you achieve either or both. Good luck :)

@amazinginspiration You and the other guys are obviously rookies to the arm wrestling world. When two people armwrestle the distance between the two players' shoulders and their hands should be equal. As you can see in this video that the hairy guy has his shoulder drawn close to his hand while the shirtless guy doesn't. This is to the hairy guy's advantage as it gives him more strength. If you don´t believe me, try for yourself.
