Automation Nation is a series of Mitsubishi Laser customers using a fully automated laser cutting system that can run unattended loading, cutting and unloading sheets of material from the MSII pallet system. Laser Precision uses two 2-machine cells with LVPlus lasers and the MSIII with 2 multi shelf towers capable of handling 6000 lbs of material per self. This interview and shop tour at Laser Precision shows just how productive this system has been for them since it's installation. Jeff tells us they produce 88,000 lbs of material through the lasers over a weekend.
